Photography is probably the only interest that has stayed constant throughout my life, while most other things have come and gone, photography has always remained. My father is to thank for this, he was a professional photographer for many years and inspired me to follow the same path, spending far too much money on what feels like all the camera systems ever made.
I work in a pretty intense, numbers driven industry that has very little opportunities for creativity, so picking up a camera and a handful of lenses and wandering around a city or new undiscovered place is heaven to me. It allows me a little escape in a world that seems to be chasing it’s tail.
